Features:

1. The electric box vertical plate is made of 10mm carbon steel plate, laser cutting, the overall molding is more stable, the accuracy is higher, and the error is smaller.

2. The seamless tube roller is adopted. The outer and inner circles of the roller are finely ground. The surface of the roller is plated with Teflon or chrome.

3. Oil temperature double-layer roller, more uniform heating, no color difference in transfer effect.

4. Adopt "DuPont" blanket imported from the United States with a thickness of 10mm, good transfer effect and long service life.

5. After the small and large rollers are milled, they are nickel-plated. The error is controlled within 0.05mm. The blanket does not deviate during the continuous transfer process.

6. The main electrical parts of the built-in independent electric box adopt imported brands, which have more stable performance and durability.

7. When the power is off or shut down, the blanket can be separated from the roller, which better protects the blanket and prolongs its life.

8. The machine adopts the function of two releases and two retracts; the pressure of the pressurization function can be adjusted, and the silicone shaft is pressurized, and the transfer effect is better.

9. Delay shutdown function, the machine will automatically shut down when the machine is idle.

10. Minimum Ribbon width can be 4mm, laser positioning is equipped which can aligning printing edge all the time automatically, no require operators to adjust time to time.
